How was everyones 4th? What did you end up doing?

I got very very drunk lol and then we set off fireworks! We have about 15-20 people over it was a fun day

We went to my Aunt's church for fun, music and food. They had waterslides for the kids and those bouncy things. They had a gospel band. They also had free burgers, chips, drinks, hot dogs, watermelon and corn on the cob. They also had a great fireworks show. The kids had a great time and so did I. It really took my mind off the miscarriage and wanting to TTC so bad.

We started off the day going grocery shopping. Then we came home and had a cookout. After the cookout we went to the parade. Then we watched some movies and ended the night watching the fireworks.

We were supposed to go to the rodeo too, but after going to the parade and being surrounded by pregnant women and newborns we just didn't feel up to seeing anyone else so we skipped it.

Aside from going down to the parade for about 20 minutes (we live on main street, so it was right outside our apt.), absolutely nothing. No fireworks or anything. Everything I had planned for yesterday got postponed for today. I was upset.

My cousin was here from Arizona to visit, so we went out to lunch and then watched a couple movies and set off a few fireworks here at home... basically, we just chilled.

DH & I are in Vegas right now. We signed our new apartment today... so we're all set on a new home. We just need to pack now. We saw some fireworks last night. We went down to Fremont Street tonight. I had two of those 26" drinks..... I am so drunk right now. Sorry if everything is misspelled. I apologize. Now we are just going to relax and sober up!
