Well shes on her way now. Well at least I think she is anyway. Sorry this is gonna be tmi - but i just went to the toilet and my cm is now a pinky colour and when i wiped there was a bit of light pink blood. I take it this is AF right? Usually she arrives here with full force right away so this is unusual for me lol. Anyway, so i count today as cd1 even though ive started bleeding mid-day? or tomorrow as cd1

You start cycle day 1 when you have FLOW, not just spotting.
