It's CD 30, and I'm spotting. At least I expected it. And I hadn't really been trying this past cycle.....just not preventing. AF will be here full force tomorrow.

So today I am breaking out all my ammo and getting it ready for the next cycle.
Prenatals.....check.
EPO........check.
vitex......check.
OPK's.....check.
Thermometer.....check.
FF subscription.......eh, that has to wait till Friday when we get paid again. lol
B6...Check
Progesterone.....check (Only after O of course)

And I am trying a thing I heard about months ago. NO Bding for 7 days. On CD 8 we start BDing every other day until I get a + OPK. Then we BD that day and the next 2 days. Hopefully all of this helps.

Thanks ladies. I'm not holding anything back this time. I hope this works soon because DH has made it very clear that we WILL NOT be moving on to any type of fertility treatments. He just isn't willing to put that kind of money into it. He said he might feel differently if I didn't already have kids, but since I do, he isn't willing to do it.

This new vitamin/supplement regimen HAS to work. It HAS too!
