I've been following the story of this amazingly strong lady named Angie. I don't know if you believe in a God, but this is still an awesome (ongoing) account of her struggles losing her baby girl Audrey (I think she died a couple hours after she was born, they knew ahead of time what was going to happen)... I'm not usually emotional, but when I read the entire thing through, the floodgates just give way... there is hope for healing, and I'm so glad that she is sharing her story..

I Will Carry You
There were photographs I wanted to take
Things I wanted to show you
Sing sweet lullabies, wipe your teary eyes
Who could love you like this?

People say that I am brave but I'm not
Truth is I'm barely hanging on
But there's a greater story
Written long before me
Because He loves you like this

So I will carry you
While your heart beats here
Long beyond the empty cradle
Through the coming years
I will carry you
All my life
And I will praise the One Who's chosen me
To carry you

Such a short time
Such a long road
All this madness
But I know
That the silence
Has brought me to His voice
And He says...

I've shown her photographs of time beginning
Walked her through the parted seas
Angel lullabies, no more teary eyes
Who could love her like this?

I will carry you
While your heart beats here
Long beyond the empty cradle
Through the coming years
I will carry you
All your life
And I will praise the One Who's chosen Me
To carry you

I HAVE heard this before! I didn't really read a bunch last time though, which is why it wasn't familiar. I'm reading it now. And crying, but a good cry. Thank you for sharing this. I wish I had had her courage when I lost Cora, to share her with the world.

I have just spent the last hour + reading her blog from the beginning. I cried almost the entire time. How she could make me laugh through my tears is amazing. Thank you for pointing me in that direction.

It was 11 pm when I sat down to the computer.I'm guessing 11:30 or so when I opened this post. Now, at 12 minutes until 2 am, I have read through the blog, watch a few videos and have a new found respect for the family of the singer of a band I appreciate very much.

Thank you for sharing this with us.

with tears streaming down my face i say thank you for sharing this with us.. I never would have found that story myself.. and never would have known how much i needed it unless you hadnt posted about it..

This story has touched my heart.. and healed me further.

I have recently gone through two more losses in my family.. my SILs both had miscarriages on the same day... i didnt realize how much i was struggling with God about these losses until reading through that story, and once again feeling the reasurrance that God is in control, and that we can be used for His glory even in the midst of all our pain.

Her story is inspiring and I have only had time to read January and February.

I will hopefully finish it this evening.

Thank you for sharing

She reminds me so much of myself in those early days, only she came to the important conclusions sooner (God was the same before the ultrasound as he was after. It took me a couple weeks to figure that out. She had it by the end of the appointment).

It was really good for me to read that.

I still haven't come to any important conclusions about ANYTHING ... but everytime I read her blog, I see something new that I'd never thought of before. I feel like I'm growing up into another stage of my life... this is dorky, but I've printed off almost every journal entry and have them in a notebook by my bed to read when I'm feeling hurt and hopeless..
