Does anyone else find charting stressful? I havnt been temping this month, well, I did for the first day or so, but I stress out if I dont take my temp on time ect. So i have just been charting cm and doing opk's.

Can stress make it harder to conceive?

It's definately alot easier to chart now (I've been doing it since October). But if I don't get the temp I want in the AM I get kind of stressed.

This is my first full cycle of charting. I find it helps make the cycles go by faster. I don't worry about it if I didn't chart on time every morning. One or two off days are not that bad. You want to look at the big picture, not just one day.

It became natural to me. So, no, it didn't stress me out. You'll get used to it Kate.
