If you could go anywhere in the world, with money no object, where would it be and why?

Paris, France.
I've always wanted to go to Paris. I'd love to spend a year there!

Um...probably to the small towns around Hamburg, Germany. Family history is a hobby of mine, and DH has an ancestor from Germany, and the line gets lost at him. I'd love to go to that area and figure out who is parents were and possibly find their tombstones, etc. That would be so cool.
Just for the fun of it though??? A tropical island somewhere...with a private beach. I'd have to take Erin with me though, I'd feel bad leaving her for that long (I've never even left her overnight yet....)

Right now I would have to say Disney World. My kids have never been and we currently don't have the funds to take them. They would be soooooo happy if they got to go.

I like the thought of an African Safari but I'd have to choose the Brazilian rainforest first. It's disappearing so quickly, I'd love to see it before it's too late.

All of the places sound soooo wonderful. I think if I could go anywhere i would take a family vacation to Australia. I have always wanted to go. I wish I would have gone while I was in Okinawa Japan but the opportunity just never came up. I think it would be a wonderful place to take the kids.
However, for my hubby and I, I want to go to Bora Bora. I would love to have a romantic getaway there and sleep in the bungalows over the water. It's sooo beautiful and I think it would be increadably romantic. Maybe one day we can do both. It will just take alot of saving.

Ireland!
I'd love to see the old castles, all the rolling green of the grass. The sites, everything!
Ireland is definitely my dream vacation!

This is a hard one! I always say that the world is a big place and there isn't time to see it all! We were supposed to go to New Zealand in November, but cancelled that due to $$$ (or lack of it). I'm going to say ASIA! All of it.

As an added bonus, that's where my Dad's family is from, so that would be cool too!

Well there are so many places I would love to go - but tops on my list (and Chad's) is Italy. We are just drawn to Italy because of the history, food, wine and the list goes on and on. I even want to learn to speak a little it of Italian before we go. We've actually made a plan to go for our 10 year anniversary so we have 6 years to save up and do it right (at least 2 weeks there).

Mine would be Australia to visit DH's family. It's very expensive to fly over there and back. With saving for TTCWMA, visiting them has been put on the backburner for quite awhile.

Ohh. that's a hard question...
I'd have to start with United Arab Emerit (not sure if I spelled that right). Althought I'd have to add to the question "saftey would be no problem". It seems so grand and extravagant!
Next I'd have to say Egypt. The history there is so rich.
I can't leave out Switzerland. I'd love to see the swiss alps.
Ok... I want to go traveling now!!!!

This makes me want to travel too. I wish I could just take a year and travel the world. Wouldn't that be nice? I can keep on dreaming though because the only way I will ever get to do that is if I win the lottery and that won't happen because I don't play the lottery. It's always nice to have dreams though.

For me it would be a toss up of Hawaii and Germany.
Hawaii because DH and I went there for our honeymoon and we fell in love with all the beautiful views and all the things you can do there. I would love to live there but would have to have a billionare for that to happen
Germany because I lived there for about 2-3 years as a kid when my dad was stationed there for the army. It was there that my sister was born and I would love to go back and see the sites and the places I went as a kid.
ETA: After reading Brittanie's post about family history I thought about how great it would be to be able to go to Ireland beacause thats where my family history is. It would be great to go see where my family came from. My family is working on the family tree right now and we get stuck at New York when the first family member was born here but cant find where that persons parents came from in Ireland. My dad has been there for work and says its beautiful there.
