a week before af was supposed to show, i had all the pms signs, so i went ahead and bought tampons. then i got my bfp, and i thought i'll just return the tampons, why keep them around for over a yr (breastfeeding and all right?) if i won't need them.

but then i thought, ok maybe i got a bfp BECAUSE i bought tampons. and if i return them, the gods of irony will smite me and i'll start bleeding cuz (how ironic) i *just* returned the tampons that i previously didn't need...

i hate that i can't just be happy about this. i know you guys understand how whacked this is.

i just want to be happy, this is what i've wanted sooooo much!

((HUGS)) Returning the tampons will not make you lose your baby!!! I feel the excat same its scary, like if i breathe wrong i will lose the baby. We will get through this, and be holding precious little babies in the end!!

If it makes you feel any better i'd probably keep them too.

My EDD is March 25 just going by my LMP so i think it may be off a couple days.

We can all be due date buddies!

That's my birthday!! YAY! Totally a great day to have a baby! All 3 of you should!

And, you know what? Tampons don't expire. And you can always give them away to someone later. Or return them when the baby seems to be sticking. It's not a big deal. =�

I'm going to be donating it to my sister and her apartment when school starts up again.

i never thought of myself as superstitious, but i really feel if i got rid of the tampons, something bad will happen cuz then of course i'll need them. it's maddening cuz i know myself that it is LAME!

have any of you joined a ddc yet? i can't seem to bring myself to, i hardly even post at pal.

I have and even though i'm scared its something postive for this pregnancy! I want to believe everything is ok so i will (try to) act like everything is ok.

I'm in the Feb. DDC. I JUST joined. My skittishness has nothing to do with me being worried about the pregnancy though.

you know what lisa, you're right. my friend was telling me about the power of positive thinking. and i was like that's dumb lolololol.
me and the boy are making homemade whole wheat pizzas for dinner tonight, so maybe after he goes to bed i'll lurk in the march ddc and then join.

we get whole wheat pizza dough from trader joes, and we're putting our own sauce, cheese etc. kids like that stuff, making their own food.

hey you guys, i just checked, next yr the spring equinox is march 20.... if we can hold off until at least that day, we'll have spring babies officially

i'm sure i will since ethan was late. sucks being late though haha!

ok i'm off to lurk in march ddc.

Yeah, the equinox is on the 20th every year--except the year before a leap year. So it was last year, since this year was a leap year.

well i guess if we were to have them on mar 20 we'd have em on the 1st day of spring! how nice would that be! i live in socal, so it's def warm already in march. although we had a longggg winter this yr.

I just wanted to share that I have two boxes of tampons here in the house. I got a box from casco back in the day and forgot I had them and bought a box from the grocery store. I still have them but I dont think about them anymore because they are out of site out of mind
