I don't know what the heck is going on with me. The last week or so, I have been having some crazy dreams. The dreams are about people trying to break into the house and last night I had a dream about someone kidnapping me. It's crazy. I don't know where all this is coming from. I know when I was pregnant in May, I had a dream that my DH was seeing one of my good friends and then I had another one a couple days later that my DH wanted a divorce because he was leaving me for my friend. It's the craziest thing. Only this time, I don't think I'm pregnant. It's just weird because I rarely ever have dreams. They stopped for a while and now they are starting again and scary ones at that. All i know is that I am tired of waking up in the middle of the night and my heart almost beating out of my chest and to top it all off, when i wake up, I start hearing things. Anyone ever had this happen? Am I going crazy here?????I'm thinking the answer is YES!!!!

When I was pregnant I had these kinds of horrible dreams too. It wasnt just like any other dream. It seemed so real that I wouod wake up very upset about it. They continued until a few weeks after our loss. I am assuming that it was until all the hormones were out of my system.

Thanks ladies. I just feel like i'm going crazy at times. It's just been weird that I am all of a sudden having these dreams when I have never really had them like this before. I very rarely had dreams and now it seems like it's a nightly thing. I almost don't want to go to sleep. The other night I woke up sweating and my heart felt like it was beating out of my chest. Then I went back to sleep and the dream actually continued where it left off. It's just weird and I know my levels are back down from my m/c and have been since the middle of June. Anyway, thanks again ladies and hopefully tonight I will be able to get a good nights rest without any nightmares.

Sorry the dreams have been bugging you. I've had them a few times when I'm not pregnant, but most of them were when I was pregnant. I tried to look at what I was eating.. try to eat not too close to bed time... I really think it makes a difference. I know it sounds like an old 'wives tale', but I think diet has a lot to do with how you sleep. I hope you get some good sleep soon.
