I have been hesitant to ask this question but here goes. When does your CM usually dry up before AF or does it dry up?

I was not charting cm in the past but have always noticed it to be the yellowish gross looking cm right before AF.

Well I am 4 days before AF and still have loads of creamy cm. I read online to swipe your fingers across the opening and I did and got loads of creamy cm.

Yesterday and today I have had to wear a pantyliner because I have so much CM my panties get wet. I know I got a this morning but it is only CD 24 and I am 12 DPO so I am staying hopeful.

When I was pregnant with DD and DS I had to wear a pad the entire pregnancy because my panties would get wet. When I was pregnant in May I had started to wear a pantyliner also.

I know this does not mean I am pregnant but just curious when everyone's cm changes before AF.

(trying to make these next 4 days fly)

hey hun
personally i NEVER dry up!
after O i get creamy cm and it stays that way until about CD4.
sometimes i get watery or eggwhite while waiting for af but i dont mark it on my chart because it plays silly beggers!
its not very often i get "sticky" cm but if i do its normally in the first few days after af.
hope this helps
xx

dont ever hesitate to ask anything!!! We have all either asked or answered the question in the past. Espically those of us who have been here for a while. Nothing is TMI!!!

I know for me that right after O i go back to creamy CM, then just after AF for a couple days i dry up. But it is short lived. The joys of being young ill have less creamy CM just before O, then it turns into EWCM. Hope that helps hunny.

CM for me sometimes dries up a few days before AF is due. Usually it's very watery/creamy though.

I don't really dry up. I will have maybe one or two days of nothing. I've been having a few creamy and one sticky day this cycle. I had watery discharge up until my last AF.
