what kind of tv do you have and how many do you have at your house?
We have 4- one giant hp plasma (we got a "great deal" cuz DBF worked there briefly), a smaller plasma in the office, a giant sony trinitron that takes up half the bedroom and i hate it, and then a normal tv outside on the roof deck. Can you say excessive?!?!
I won't even get into computers

Well I'll go next for a funny contrast. We have one regular 26" TV that dh got from his brother for $50 in 2000 when we started college. We use it to watch movies but we don't have any tv subscription. We got mad at the cable company's b.s. a couple of years back, cancelled our subscription and never turned it back on. We don't really miss it except during football season and March madness. Dh usually goes to watch big games with his brother (who does have a fancy flatscreen) anyway.

We have a 42" Olevia (I think that's how it's spelled) HDTV LCD television. We also have an older flat screen television that we currently don't use. We bought our 42" television at Target for $800! The brand of television is actually made in Phoenix, so they are able to sell the televisions for cheaper in Arizona. We got a good deal. I love that television. CSI looks so much more gruesome.

Our main t.v. is a 52" LG. DH has one in his office too (26" I think), and we have a very old one of my grandparents in the guest bedroom (although I don't think it's going to work after the networks switch to digital broadcasting in Feb). I refuse to have one in our bedroom though, and once we have a kid - definitely no t.v. in there either!

We have a 27" in Phillips that we got for cheap because it was a display at Walmart before they got rid of the regular TVs and started carrying just flatscreens. We also have no TV subscription. If I want to watch a TV show, I go to Hulu.com. It's free. And our TV is hooked up to our 'puter, so I can still watch it on the TV.

Very interesting how different we all are!
I wish I could be more like you girls that don't have cable. We have Directv and Tivo and cable upstairs and I can't live without it! Pathetic of me!
And I said we had plasma tv's but I think they're called LCD, there's a big difference according to DBF (dork!)

I just have a regular TV, I think it's 36"? It's in the living room. My dad, however, at my parents house, has a TV in pretty much every single room. Including the kitchen, haha.

We have a 46in Sony in the living room, a 27in Sony in our room and the kids have 19in tv's in their rooms. So 5 total.... and we only have basic cable. TV costs way too much and we never watch it.
