My left eyelid has been jumping or twitching ever since I got up this morning. It is driving me crazy. Anyone know anything that will stop it? It does not hurt, just very annoying.

I hate when that happens. When I get it, it's because of anxiety. If you're stressing about anything, just try to stay relaxed and it will go away.

This is my first time of this. Lucky me, huh. I don't really think I am stressed about anything. I hope it stops soon.

I get it every so often, drives me nuts! It can be from stress, bad/old contacts, anxiety, too much caffiene, straining at the computer a long time, etc. I get it most from caffiene.

Ugh I hate this. Try lying down and taking a nap/ relaxing. Also if you have like a warm wash cloth to lay over your eyes thatll help. It is a muscle spasm, and the warmth will help to replax the muscles.
