So, ever since my m/c in March, I went off the BC but we are not currently TTC so I've just been tracking my symptoms, staying away from DH when I'm ovulating and so far we've been good.

My problem is that I'm still getting BFP's. It's frustrating, but I've learned to deal with it (I'm without insurance for a lil bit longer), but I check my cervix regularly, CM, etc, etc.

Everytime I check my cervix it's doing what it should be in line with what's happening with my cycle. But I haven't once had it closed tightly and hard. NOT ONCE. I assumed that was from having a baby in September and then the miscarriage.

Here's my Q..... I checked it today and it's HARD (I mean... HARD!!) and closed really tight. Before... it was about a 1 -- something that I've heard is normal for women with children. So why is it like that? Did it just take it a year to go back to normal or what? Oh and um is that normal?? lol

Sorry! I am still new to all this stuff.

usually after you O it can be hard, firm and closed. So i think its perfectly normal. Usually in the beginning of you cycle or when on AF, it will be low soft and open, then after AF it can be medium, hard and closed. Around O time it should be high soft and open, and after O it usually remains high to medium, firm and closed. But your cervix does change through out the day so it can vary day to day where it actually is. Hope this helps

About the BFP's i would just say get into a dr as soon as possible and see whats going on and why you keep getting those.
