Hi everyone, I am new to this particular forum as DH and I lost our baby girl at 20w back in September of 07. We are not ACTIVELY trying to conceive, but we will be eventually. I would like to see a perinatologist before TTC to see if there are any tests that I should have done to ensure that I am in just the right health to TTC. I don't want to go through another loss if there issomething I can do to prevent it, kwim? And I believe that with such a late loss, that I should be monitored more closely the next time around anyway. Have any of you ladies seen a perinatologist after a loss? What advise would you give?

Thanks so much you guys!

Sarah

Hello Sarah,

First, allow me to send my condolences to you and DH with the loss of your daughter. I can't even imagine what you've been through!

Second, I think it's very positive of you to consider testing, etc. before trying for another child. I think it's very important that you're in touch with your body post a loss such as your's.

Good luck with the Peri appointment. I hope all goes well!
