I noticed my bbt are always in the 96-97 range. All the other charts I look at are 97-98 range. At night before I go to sleep I take me temp, why I don't know, obsessed maybe.. Anyway at night it is mid 97-low 98. Wonder why mine are always so low compared to other ladies?

Have you had your thyroid checked? That's usually the cause of low BBT.

I don't temp, so this may be a stupid question, but maybe your air conditioning or fans are making you colder. I absolutely FREEZE by the evening with the air on all day. I hope you figure it out soon!

It's no big deal. I was just curious. I have never had my thyroid check Deanna. Thanks for all your input.

Nette - my temps never go above 97 until after I O. Everyone is just a little different. I wouldn't worry about it unless they are extremely low.
