mine is apple!! I had an apple muffin for the first time last weekend, and I loved it!!!!

although my local baker does a plain muffin with top cut off and filled with cream before top put back on. ohhhh i really fancy one now

Can I say all? LOL J/k!

My favorite would be banana nut with NO nuts! lol I pick them off, but since that's annoying when I don't feel like doing it it's those choc/choc chip for me, too.

I don't eat muffins very often, but the coffee shop behind my office has a banana loaf chocolate chip one that is awesome!
