I am still waiting for my first period to start after my stillbirth. I am 5w4d post partum today. Saturday I had orange tinted mucus and last night had some pinkish tint when I wiped.

Do you think this is my period starting? I hope it is!

I was actually reading on this last night.. I was getting anywhere from 4-8 weeks as the "average" start of AF after loss

I think that the first AF after loss just takes FOREVER to get here, especially if you are given the green light to go ahead after the first cycle.

Sounds good to me! Mine is still very light though so I'm not 100% sure it's a "real" period. I don't know what else it would be though, I haven't had any bleeding from the delivery for a couple of weeks now.
