I worked in downtown Chicago in the west loop at a preschool. I lost my job on Friday due to my injury/hernia/have no idea what it is yet

I loved it some days, wanted to quit some days. I think that's just how working goes.

I am primarily a SAHM and have been for almost 8 years!

My husband and I also own our own company that does graphic design, web design, printing and photography so I handle all the management duties for that such as taxes and bookkeeping plus I am learning web design so I can help with some of the work load.

I still don't have a job yet.

It's hard finding a job in Las Vegas. The unemployment rate is high. I started applying at retail stores. I just need SOMETHING to do so I can make some money. I want to get my driver's license and plate so I can register for college.

I'm a stay-at-home wife!
I was laid off from my job several months ago.. I was an assistant manager of a hotel, and LOVED what I did. However, I became pregnant shorty after and the plan was for me to be a SAHM once baby was born. I really didn't want to find a brand new job, only to quit for good months later. So, here I am at home!! Obviously, I'm not pregnant now But, we decided I'm still staying home.

I DO, however, teach private piano lessons in my home.. I have 1 student right now, she's 12. I'm hoping to take on 1-2 more.

Where do you work?
I work for Century 21

Do you like your job?
I like my job very much. Prior to working here I worked in Land Development briefly. When I came here I knew very Little about Real Estate and I have learned so much. I am not a Realtor. I am an Executive Admin Assistant and the only office support staff in my office. So I get to do everything from making a pot of coffee to paperwork to all forms of company advertisements, etc. Some days are more relaxed than other days.

Where do you work? I'm an Accountant for a state government agency. I handle Accounts Payable, oversee Procurement, and assist with the agency budget, among other little things.

Do you like your job? Yes, I like my job, it is exactly the part of accounting that I enjoyed when getting my degree. I lucked out! I love my co-workers, I love my boss, and that makes everything else so easy.

Where do you work? I am an accountant for a Japanese manufacturing plant. I analyze costs, and compute the unit price for our product each month.

Do you like your job? I like my job most days, but more and more I wish I worked for a job that I could actually talk to other people in. Most days, I just stare at a computer. Almost all my communication right now is through e-mail.

Do you like your job? I do, I really do. My company is great, my co workers are awesome, I have great clients (for the most part), my job is never boring, and I earn a decent living.
