Do you like to cook? If so, what is your favorite meal and is it easy to make?

Share your recipe if you like!

i love cooking but get fed up of having to do it every day!
i used to love making chicken supreme or spanish chicken but kids are becoming fussy eaters and about all they like that i make that isnt chips is tomatoe pasta with burgers chopped through it!
i miss having the energy and patience to cook lovely meals and then bake with the kids

I love to cook especially for the holidays!! At Christmas time my favorite thing to bring to a party is spinach dip. It is quick and easy to make, and it looks so pretty when you put it in a bread bowl.

In the summer I like to make fresh salsa, and in the winter I like to make chili.

Here's my recipe for spinach dip:

1 Pkg of either Knorr's or Lipton vegetable soup mix (If you buy the Knorr soup mix - this recipe is on the back of the package)
1 Pint (16 oz) of Sour Cream
1/2 C Mayo
1/2 tsp of lemon juice
1 (10 oz) pkg of frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
1 can of water chestnuts (chopped)
Chill in the fridge for 2 hrs

Serve with Hawaiian sweet bread (or any other sweet bread you can find)

I do like to cook, but the meal planning not so much.

When the mood strikes I like to try something new. This week we made Korean BBQ ribs and a mustard & rosemary chicken. They were both yummy.
