normally the only thing that really effects mine is sleeping with my mouth open or when mark leaves the bedroom window open (they go down)
well, last night i had my mouth open because ive been feeling a bit stuffy for a few days. apart from that i was just tired and boobs were sore. this morning i took my temp and its jumped from 36.75 to 36.93 (98.15 - 98.48) my boobs are a lot worse today and ive got heartburn and nausea (nausea is from the heartburn im sure)
im still a bit stuffy but apart from all of that im fine! i dont feel ill at all just all this!
im still sure im not pregnant but im lost as to what is going on with my chart this cycle!
is there anything you can think of that normally alters your temp that i havent thought of? i slept the same as normal (well, maybe a little better) but same length of time, temped at same time, no heating on or anything!
help please!
xx

Sarah, I personally think your chart looks Great!! Nice dip at 5 dpo and then a steady rise and now a big jump... And ummm your symptoms???

Stuffy nose
tired
sore BB's
Heartburn
nausea

I don't want to get your hopes up, but I feel good about your chances this month. I O'd 2-3 days later this month then normal and look at me. Saying prayers for you.

i did look back over my message before and think hmm if that was someone else i would be rooting for them!
well after re reading messages ive posted in various places today you can add emotional to the list but that could be a sign af coming early or something else (which i really dont want to even think about cos its just too scary)
xx

thanks girls.
my temp dropped slightly this morning and i woke up with a sore throat.
i still feel really stuffy and the pain in my boobs... ouch! my throat seems ok now im up so i dont know what that was about.
my tummy felt pretty off this morning but after a cup of tea and couple of ginger biscuits (yummy, not had them for years) i feel fine now.
oh well. finally in the 1ww. still seems to be dragging
xx

I think your chart looks fine.

Stress can also affect your temps, plus any medication (or drinking). I assume that you are under stress (who isn't when in the 2WW?). What's the weather like there? Is it really hot?

GL girl!

i dunno what weather is like to be honest. its ok but im freezing. everyone else recons its warm though.
its ok, i think ive figured out whats up with my temps. i had to go for a bath this afternoon as head was killing me and i got really dizzy and ended up having to lay down. im having an early night tonight as well. my sore throat is back and i feel generally blah. think ive caught a bug! there goes another cycle! onto cycle 12!
im not actually stressed at all this cycle though (well apart from today)
at least i know what it is now. shame its not pregnancy but hey, i wanted an answer right?
xx

I hope you feel better soon! And don't give up. You're not out yet. You're only 7 days into your 16 day wait!
