It is def. possible. After I m/c'd at 4w 2d in July I O'd right on schedule. I counted cd1 as my first day bleeding. I didn't start of spotting or anything, it went right into heavy bleeding on the first day. HTH. I'm so sorry you have to go through this.

Kat, I think it would be possible too. If you use OPKs, I would start using them as soon as you would on a normal cycle. I reallly wish you luck, and I will be praying for you to get your sticky bean very soon.

I think it's very possible. Especially with a natural miscarriage.
I'm sorry you're going through this again Kat.

I had a natural m/c. My cycle was a bit off for the first month. After that I went back to "regular" cycles. I say it like that because I have never had regular cycles. Just long ones.

My first period after my m/c was 23 days later (28 if you count from when I first started spotting). We waiting for a full cycle before trying, but I am positive that I O'd right on schedule. Everyone's a little different though.

I think it probably depends on the person!
I'm sure for some it can take awhile for their bodies to get back on track, others not so much.
I miscarried about 2 weeks ago and I'm 110% postive I just ovulated recently (I usually "O" on day 11/12 or so- I'm an early O'er). I had the usual lower back ache, cruddy emotions, and massive CM, temps went up, fertility friend gave me my crosshairs.. my body went back on track, immediately.

It will prolly be off, my m/c at around 6 weeks just made me O on CD20 or something like that, so it didn't push it back to much
