Hi Ladies,

Whats your opinion on how often we should be dtd during my fertile period??

I have heard so many different things..."every day" "every 2nd day" what do you guys reckon?

I heard every other day is good as it gives dh chance to build his spermies back up lol, sorry, I couldnt think of a better way of putting it x

I would also say every other day, to let dh spermies time to build up again.

Although I have read the every other day thing, I've also read that if DH has no fertility issues, every day will be fine. There's no need for a "build up" period.

We try to DTD after we get a + OPK for a few days straight.

We DTD every day around ovulation and got pregnant (I think, if I recall, we did it like 4 days in a row around that time).
