How is the no-smoking thing going?? I know it was hard for me when I stopped, so I decided I'd check in with you!

well considering ive had nothing but stress and bad news since i stopped, id say im doing pretty well.
i have picked up tabbacco 3 times now but each time i have put it back down and not smoked
its about the only positive in my life right now (apart from my kids and you wonderful girls of course )

Good for you! The fact that you put down the tabacco is a huge deal! If I had picked one up when I was quitting, I would've lit it and smoked it! You're stronger than I am! And we're all here routing for you!

put that packet in the drawer beside marks comp cos i was SO SO tempted!!!!!!
i didnt do it!!!! can you believe it!!! 4 days with more stress than ever and no fags!!!
can i say im a non smoker yet??? i know i cant because that urge is still there but i think i have proved i can do this. saying that, next week is the hardest as mark is away all week but will be harder now as im not even sure he will come back this time! oh well! i dont care! i wont give in!
oh and did i say i was doing this cold turkey? i used patches last time and it was hellish!
