Should it take for AF to come back after a m/c. It's been a month and still no sign that she is coming. I asked my doctor who seemed unconcerned. I know that it varies, but I just want her to show so I can get on with this! LOL I am so impatient.

I think it probably varies. I've read anywhere from 4-8 weeks, really.
I miscarried a bit over 2 weeks ago and I've already ovulated (on CD 11, at that) so I think mine will be back on track immediately. But, I do have a friend that waited for hers for over a month (and had short cycles before her m/c, so hers was delayed).. I think it'd different for everyone.

I hope she comes real fast for you!!!!!

Thanks for the info Julia! I got pregnant again right after my last m/c (I got my BFP one month exactly afterwards), so I was really hoping I would get right back on track this time, too. But it is good to know that I'm still "normal"!

I agree that it varies. I got mine 32 days after the bleeding had stopped, which in turn, took me from a 28 day cycle to an average 33 day cycle.

I've had 5 m/c. 3 of the 5 times, my cycle was normal immediately. Once it took nearly two months to get AF (and my cycles were really wacky for a while. The 5th time.....I'll let you know. Still waiting to see if it's normal or not. AF is due somewhere between the 5th - 7th, so we'll see.
