Some of you from chat already heard part of the update. I went to the RE today. He's a great doctor. DH and I both liked him right away. He asked us some questions and spent some time talking to us and recommended that before we move forward with any treatments, we need to do a laparoscopy/hysteroscopy to confirm, and remove endometriosis.

DH also had his SA done today too. We'll get the results of that back on Wednesday or Thursday. If it comes back with normal counts then in October we'll do Clomid/Femara and timed BDing for a few cycles to see if that works. If the results show low counts then we'll do the Clomid/Femara and IUI in October.

My progesterone results came in today. The doc wanted to see 10 or above. It was 7.9, so I am ovulating, but it's a weak ovulation. That's why he is going to do Clomid/Femara. The progesterone results weren't in yet when I had my appointment, so he said we'd discuss progesterone supplements later. There's plenty of time since I won't be able to TTC during this next cycle.

Now I just need AF dust ladies. I tested this morning and it was BFN. I started spotting a bit today too. It's still light spotting, but that combined with the cramping I've had this evening, I know for sure she's coming. I just want her to get here quick so that I can have my surgery and then get back to TTC!

Sending lots of AF your way hun. I'm glad that you liked your dr. That always helps. G/L with your procedures. I hope that this new dr can get you your sticky BFP. When I had my progesterone levels checked, mine were 6.5. The dr i was seeing at the time said they wanted to see over 10 as well. It sounds like we are in a very similar situation. I go for my procedures Friday. I am sooo nervous about it but I hope it is the first step in the right direction. i will be thinking about you hun and here if you need anything. KUP and G/L.

Thanks ladies. I need all the supercharged AF dust you can send me. I'm still cramping lightly, but the spotting appears to be gone. The witch just loves to play with me it seems. As much as I hate inviting her in, once she gets here I'm going to tie her up, toss her in the closet and hold her hostage for at least a few days, so make sure someone at least gets a BFP out of the deal! Who's gonna be testing during the next week?
