so this is my first cycle post laprascopy where they removed my left tube and some endo and did the dye test. Im on cycle day 18 which is 4dpo for me!! and i did O on saturday!
I met with my dr on friday and the plan of action it to try for 3 months and then the end of nov i will have an iui with clomid. But he told me that women that have the surgery are very fertile for 3 months after their surgery and that he thinks theres a good chance that we could get prego on our own right now!!! also friday on cd 13 he dialated my cervix ( i have a scraed cervix from cervical cancer) so that it was more open to allow the sperm to get to where they need be.

I kinda feel good this cycle we have been ttc for 14 months now and this is the first cycle where i have felt like maybe i really could be prego. now if i get a bfn i think emontionally i just may die but i know you all know how that feels...

also something that i found out to be neat was that from the reading that i have done on the internet i thought i would only be able to get pg everyother month since i lost the left tube but he told me that my right tube could pick the egg up from either ovary. i can honestly say that i didnt know that!!

Melissa that is news to me as well. I would have assumed that you would only ovulation bimonthly.
