RE called!

TOMORROW at 10:45!!!

I am shocked as it took less then 48 hours from seeing Dr for refeal to sitting in RE office.... Those who have been seeking MA can truly understand the HUGE blessing it is to get in this fast.

I am just a tad bit excited LOL

I have a few questions and to be honest I have been feeling more then just a little hostility from the boards that acually concern RE's and such

What can I expect at first visit?

She has all my labs from 2 cycles ago plus d/h s/a and the office said DH is NOT the issue and he does not even have to be there...Why do men get all the breaks in ttcing LOL

They said I might get a u/s or X ray now is this u/s intravag? and does it matter I still have af?

Any advice is greatly appretiated!

We had JUST decided on Sunday to call OB on Monday and by Thursday we are sitting in RE office my head is till spinning on that one lol

My first RE visit was over a year ago....so bare with me trying to remember...

What to expect the first visit? We went over my/our complete history, any concerns we had, sent DH for ANOTHER SA, and discussed our options. They actually put DH on hormones for 3 months to try to up his sperm count and all it did was make him sick. DH's swimmies are almost non-existent and what he has are 'retarded' as he puts it, but I've also been diagnosed with ovarian disfunction

Since you've had labs done, they'll probably review those with you as well and maybe add to the 'plan of attack'.

I didn't have an u/s during my first visit, but I'm pretty sure it would be trans-vaginal. Not sure it would matter that AF is visit as usually they put a condom over the wand.

I'd have to say that my RE is very informative and more than willing to answer any questions we have whenever we have them. I hope yours is the same.

Any other questions, feel free to ask. I'll answer best as I can remember.

I know! I think this one is going faster than my other two. Maybe that's because I have a toddler to chase around?
