We stopped TTC 2 cycles ago. The months we weren't TTC my cycles were normal. I ovulated, didn't spot at all until about 2 days before AF (I've always spotted before AF), and my LP's were 11-12 days. This month we had an oops, we are not together currently, but we're moving back in together, so we've been spending more time together. We timed things perfectly, and now, my LP is a mess. I have been spotting since O, and I feel like AF might be here by tomorrow. My spotting has increased a lot since yesterday, it's almost a light AF right now, and I am cramping a lot. If I check my cervix, there is a lot of blood, and there was a small clot last time I checked, sorry TMI. I KNOW this is too much to be implantation spotting, but WHY am I only spotting the month we may have had a chance? Any ideas?

BTW, I had bloodwork done and an ultrasound back in April, and all my tests were "perfectly normal" according to my doctor, and she expected me to get pregnant right away.

I made an appointment for november, I have to wait because they reserve spots for pregnant women, so it's a long wait when you can't get pregnant, grrr. I had tests in april, and everything was normal, but it can't be that normal if I am having 8 day LP's whenever we time things right (when we don't, my LP's are normal, 11+ days, which tells me my body is against pregnancy, LOL). My AF's seem to get more and more painful every month. I know something is not right. I told my ex, or possible boyfriend again, at least we won't need to worry about birth control pills.

With DD, I had what I thought to be a full AF. I POAS right before it started and it was neg....so I didn't POAS after that. I spotted for nearly 2 weeks after the full AF and then stopped, then spotted a tiny bit on two more days. I found out I was pg at 8 weeks. With my subsequent pregnancies none of that stuff happened (except this last one, brown blood though and not much). Anyway, the crazy cycle with lots of bleeding was my only healthy pregnancy. Not trying to give false hope, just pointing out that our bodies do strange things and you may want to POAS in a few days to be sure.

Kelly, that's why I am soo glad I do chart. My last pregnancy, I did have bleeding for one day that was like a light AF, and on that day my hcg had more than doubled. I know it's possible, of course, I think with the temp drop, and the cramps I have, it's probably unlikely. I'll know by my temps tomorrow. It's okay, we're not TTC, we're trying to work some things out in our relationship, I'm moving back in next month, so not being pregnant now is probably best, even though it's a disappointment.
