Sorry if this is a stupid quesion, but can my ovary be damaged by an ectopic. I had an ovarian ectopic back in March and was wondering if it could have possibly damaged me in any way? I had the methotrexate, not surgery.

from what i can gather because methatrexate was used it is possible that some tissue has remained in one of your tubes, causing a blockage and does increase the risk of future ectopics ( as i found out when i had my 2nd ectopic) But until you get pregnant there is no real way to know for sure xxx
