And took another HPT this morning which was negative so I'm assuming that this is going to be considered a "chemical pregnancy" which is a miscarriage before 5 weeks.
It sucks, but I had kind of expected it since my tests never got dark.
From what I've read chemical pregnancies are usually no worse than a heavy period and we shouldn't have to wait any cycles between trying again.
Though right now I'm considering waiting at least one. We'll see how I feel in a few days.
So if you could, just pray that this is an easy miscarriage. If there is even such a thing. I just want to do this naturally and do not want to have to have a d&c.
Thanks.

As awful as it is to say I was almost relieved when the test was negative this morning. If I was still pregnant this could be another SCH and I don't know if I could handle that.

I'm going to call my OB to see what they want to do. I've never been through an early miscarriage so I don't know what to expect.

I'm so sorry! Even if its not like your last loss, it is still so hard to have such great news and your hopes up only to have them dashed. My first 2 m/c were like that, both happened around 5 weeks.

Hi Hun...I'm so sorry for your loss. The same thing happened to me last month...not nice! It's such an extreme emotional roller coaster...from such a high down to such a low
I did have stronger cramps and heavier bleeding, with slight clotting but apart from that it was generally like a normal period.
My Dr gave me the OK to start trying straight away...there was no need to wait a cycle. You need to do want you feel comfortable with.
Once again..sorry for your loss Hunny
