I'm going to start a journal, and I chart so I have material to write in the first few pages. I just wonder if I should include this last early m/c or start all over. I tried to start one after my stillbirth, but didn't have the energy or the will to do it.

Any ideas ladies???

Hey, I just wanted to say journaling is an awsome thing. It really helped me. I have the one here up in the sub forums, and i also have one in my house thats for other things like poems and stuff. I think its a great idea, and in the one on here i included my miscarriages and i think it is nice to look back and see what ive been through thus far.

I am thinking of journaling too! It seems like it could be very therapeutic. I hope it works for you and if you journal here on the subforum I will definitely keep an eye out for it.
