I think I am out..

Well my temp went down .20 today. from 98.0 to 97.8 My temp has been going down for a few days. I spotted once on Monday. Spotted a little while yesterday and then stopped and I started again when I woke up this morning. So I think I am just spotting before my period..

My question is when should I start counting my first period day. When I started spotting or when I start on medium or heavy flow..?

AF is noted when you see bright red bleeding. that is CD1. and my ob told me that if it comes after 3pm i should mark the next day as CD1.

good luck i hope your temps go back up and you get a bfp soon!

I'm sorry to hear that Mary. I thought I had heard that the first day of "regular" flow counts as day one. But I'm not nearly as informed as some of the other ladies on this board - so they might have better information for you!

Well thanks ladies. I would say she is here today.. Oh well I guess this was only my first month ttc... So I am not really to bummed .. Thanks for all your encouragement and I hope the best for all that are in there 2ww..

Thanks Jessica. I am kinda sad, because with all my other 4 children We got pregnant in the first month. I know that I was one of the lucky ones .So I was really thought it would happen again. I am sure I will be fine tomorrow and I am on to next month..

Hi Mary,

I am the same as you...I normally fall pregnant straight away. The 1st month we tried I got pregnant and then M/C and then I didn't fall the cycle after and I was really bummed because it didn't happen like the other times! It's only cycle 3 now so I know it's not a long time to TTC but when your used to it happening straight away it's a bit of a shock to the system.
