I just got back from the RE's office. I got some cool pictures today of my ovaries, my uterus, my tubes, and of the adhesions that were causing the problems. Pretty crazy! If ya'll want I'll try to take a picture of my pictures and post them for you to see. He gave me a prescription for Clomid to take CD3 - 7 and told me to call when I get the good news. There are 6 refills on the Clomid, but he said he doesn't think I'll need them, and he doesn't think I'll even need to come back to him. He does expect me to call with the good news though!

I did ask about Vitex, and he did some looking and said it might work, it might not. There really isn't any information about it out there in the medical world. I asked him about using EPO for my CM while taking the Clomid and his recommendation was instead to use a sperm friendly lube. He pointed out that KY and all those kill sperm and that you can but PreSeed and such, but then told me that Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil have been proven to work just as well and are cheeper, so that's what he recommends his patients!

I'm expecting AF to be here any day. I'm not wasting any more tests this cycle. She's due anytime between tomorrow and Sunday. If she hasn't shown by Wednesday, I'll test then. The doctor and I decided together that with the temp drops, cramps, and the spotting from yesterday that a blood test isn't necessary. He offered to go ahead and do one, but I didn't see any need to make an even higher bill after the temp drop today.

I'm excited and hopeful for the next cycle, and as much as I wanted to be pregnant this cycle, I can't complain. I ovulated earlier than I have in over a year. My LP is long enough to sustain a pregnancy again, and I have a prescription for Clomid now! (which is being filled now, I pick it up tomorrow!)

The doctor mentioned the risk of twins again and when we assured him that we'd be thrilled with two or even three or four or more, he laughed and said he hopes we get twins too then. He's so great. He said he really doesn't expect the need for us to be back and that in a way it's disappointing because he likes us, but he's glad too because we were such and easy fix! LOL

Thanks ladies. I woke up to full force AF today. She must know she isn't coming back for a long time because she sure is being mean!!! lol Actually, it's not as painful as usual (they said it wouldn't be) just REALLY heavy. Maybe because it's the first normal one in over a year!

ETA: I start Clomid on SUNDAY!!!
