No siree. Not ever did any of my school's celebrate Columbus Day. However, we've always gotten the opening day of deer season off! Unfortunately, this year it falls on a Saturday.

I remember getting Columbus day off from school when I was in elementary school, but not since then.

As for the job, I'm a SAHM, so, no days off here!

We don't celebrate Columbus Day, but we did get out early today. I work for Armed Forces Loans. Since it was a four day weekend at the bases, it was pretty slow today. I couldn't verify duty numbers since nobody was there. So, I left at 3:30pm instead of 5pm.

Just a regular workday for me and school for the kids.
I forgot to ask them if they talked about Columbus day at school.
