I'm on day 25 with no O and no sign it will happen anytime soon. I read that Vitex can help regulate women's cycles in general, so I was thinking I'd give it a try. At least then I would know I'm doing all I can to promote good reproductive health and get things back on track. Anyone has any experience with it?

And if anyone had any suggestions on where to find the stuff, please let me know. I just went to the grocery store, Cub for those who are familiar, and checked the pharmacy area as well as the natural foods area and they didn't have it. I then stopped at both Snyder Drug and Walgreens and neither of them had it either. Where do I look next?
