Alright enough is enough..... this is my first period after my miscarriage September 4th. I started bleeding on Wednesday (I htink ) and I stopped completely on Friday night. Which is realy strange. No brown spotting in the end or anything. well Now for the past couple days again I am spotting of and on again. I was really hoping my cycle would get back on track afterwards which is normaly 28 days. Does the length of your period have any effect on how many days your cycle is ?

I am trying to narrow down when I am going to ovulate this cycle

My first period after my d&c was very long too, it lasted for EIGHT days...... my periods are normally 4-5 days long. I started using OPKs on cd10 and finally got a + on cd17. Normally I always O on cd 12-14 and have a 27/28 day cycle.

So this first month everything is just taking a little longer, that might happen to you too.

I'm sorry. My first period lasted eight days and was way heavier than normal, but otherwise it was pretty normal. I ovulated as usual after that first period. Good luck.

Thanks girls... I really stopped Friday night and since then I have been spotting brown. So I am hoping I will be done Thursday. I am hoping I am back to ovulating like normal,but to be on the safe side we are going to start BD around cd 12 and bd until cd around cd25 just to make sure.

my first period after my loss was long too. I O'd later than usual too. I usually O on CD16 or CD17, but i didn't O till CD20. good luck!!!

My first AF post m/c was like 4-5 days long. Which is normal for me, I hope AF flies away soon, so you can get to BDing!!!!

Mine was heavy and long and didnt show up till about 6 to 8 weeks after m/c's and or the d&c's.
