As well as to discuss preventative care and awareness on topics ranging from holistic health/healing, health support, chronic conditions, sickness, general health/wellness, birth control, support and everything in between! We also like to have fun to keep things on the lighter side while dealing with some scary stuff- so keep your eyes peeled for fun daily topics, games and challenges!
