I have a quick question. Can alot of caffeine intake delay your period? AF was suppose to show up today but she still hasn't. I test three days ago and it was a BFN!!! What do you guys think?

I don't think caffeine would affect AF....I'm pretty sure the start of AF is determined by ovulation so I've heard that stress/diet/etc. around the day AF is supposed to show doesn't mean anything, it's more in the middle of your cycle that would affect it. KWIM? I hope someone else is more help! Test again!

I used to drink a ton of coffee and drink cola on top of that and my cycle were very regular. Caffeine can affect TTC and pregnancy though. Perhaps you just tested too early?

Caffeine honestly doesn't affect much. Caffeine in moderate dosages is actually good for you.

Yeah Caffeine shouldn't affect your period. The thing about caffeine and TTC/Pregnancy is you can drink 200MG a day of caffeine which is 5 sodas or 2 cups of coffee. Thats what the study was about. I'm like a soda junkie and i drink prolly about 8 a day which i don't believe causes me any problems.
