I am awaiting my first period to start since my loss. I never seemed to want my period to start so much.
I guess if it would start, that would be one down only three more to go before I can have my doctors blessing upon TTC. (Even though it would be two more after that before I get DH's blessing to TTC).
How long did it take before your periods returned after your loss?

I got my first AF 5 weeks after my loss. It lasted like 8 days and kinda scared me, but the next one was normal 5-6 days.

I got my period right on cue the cycle after our loss.
I think its very individual and it may depend on how far along you were.
Hope she shows soon.

I've had some losses where it returned right on schedule. Another time it took almost 8 weeks, and then showed up again 2 1/2 weeks later. Unfortunately it's just another one of those wait and see games.

With my miscarriage that happened on its own I went straight back to having a normal period ,but with my D&c last month (September 4th ) I did not get my period until October 8th and so far I am off this cycle. I am on cd 14 and still have not ovulated. . So I hope by my next cycle I am back to my normal 28 day cycle
It is always different for everyone. I was told it could take up to 8 weeks to happen.but mine came back in 34 days

I miscarried naturally at 10 weeks and it came right on schedule. I think it was heavier than normal and it lasted longer. Everyone is different though. Hopefully she comes for you so you can get back on track. Good luck

Thank You for all the input. Well it came last night. So far it is heavier than than mine were before. But I am off BCP so I expect it will be heavier. But I feel so horrible it hit me real hard, just one more thing seem to be mocking me that I'm not pregnant anymore.
But I'm glad it came, one step back in the right direction of TTC.
This time I'm keep perfect record of AF so I dont have a question on dates for (hopeful) when I get pregnant again.

AF returned for me 32 days after the bleeding had stopped and lasted 4-5 days. The next one was spotting, nothing serious, and the period for September seemed to be more on track.

I'm glad that AF came back for you.
I got mine 23 days after my m/c (@ 10 weeks), or 28 days from when I first started to spot. They were heavier for the first few cycles.

Nice to know that cycles were heavier at first. This one is heavier than I have ever had. I was kind of afraid at first but after talking to my doc I am feeling better. Hopefully heavy will taper off, after this one.
