Alright ladies I normaly get up at 7:15 ,but Sunday We are going out of town and I will probably be getting up at 5 - 5:30 . My question is how do you adjust your temp Since I will be getting up about 2 hours early.

I think so , since you are supposed to temp the same time every day. Sunday's is kina of important. I am hoping to see a temp rise to verify that i Did o this Friday or Saturday. But I am not really sure that is why I am aksing.

I don't think there is really an "adjusting" rule...just enter the right time on your chart and instead of a solid blue dot it will be a blue circle...that just means the there was something different about that temp than your others...

Just enter your temp and the different time. If it's really out of whack you can discard the temp.

I never time adjusted either, my waking time would always vary between 5am and 7 am daily - never made a difference in my temps though Good Luck
