I woke up at 4:30 to take my temp, my normal time. Except my arms were completely out of the blankets and I was cold (normally I have a sheet and a blanket over my body up to my face) my temp was 97.41, .4 degrees lower than yesterday, I re-took my temp at 6:30 (I fell right back asleep so that was 2 hours sleep) and my temp was 98.26, .4 degrees higher than my temp yesterday.

So now I don't know which to use. Should I input the lower temp at the right time even though I know I was cold when I took that or the higher temp which was a later time and sleep deprived?

you could put in the first temp and mark it so you know there was something different about it. at this stage it shouldnt make much difference
