it is now 21 days post-m/c and still no positive OPK. i'm testing twice a day (one w/fmu and also in the evening after "holding it" all afternoon. some are close, but not as dark as i know they are supposed to be. my cycles were 29 days w/O aound CD 17 prior to the 5 week loss. i'm getting so frustrated, not knowing if our BD is happening at the right times or not. just another confirmation that my body just does what it wants, when it wants. arrrgghhh!!!

I O'd on days 17 or 18 (28 day cycles) before my loss, and since my D&C I O'd on cd 24 and then on cd23. So your cycles may be similar to mine. Hopefully you get back to normal soon!

My last loss I oed about week 7 or 8w later. No wait that is when first AF showed. I didnt acually O before AF but I did have a O the following cycle.

Stop frustrating yourself!!!!!

You might not even O this cycle, give your body some time to recovery following your recent loss, when AF comes, bust out those OPKs and start using them!
