Alright tonight I am curious and want to know what is the best way to temp. oral or vaginal. Why I am asking this is because tonight I got curious and tried, Oral temp was 98.4 and vagianl temp was alot higher at 98.75. I know I am to far into my cycle, but how do you ladies temp ?

Oral. You can do either or, it's just important to stick with one method the entire cycle.

I have a bad problem with sleeping with my mouth open...and sometimes I sleep bundled up in covers and sometimes not...therefore I temp vaginally...not much can affect my temp that way...

Our temp in our house changes alot righ now since we do not have the heat on yet. So That is why I thought I would do it vagInal. I just don;t understand whey there would be such a big difference temp.

I temp orally but I think if you just stick with one method you should be fine.

I think If I am not already pregnant my next cycle I will start temping vaginal since there is alot factors that probably could change my temp.
