Sorry I didn't get back to this right away. With this one it was for their first anniversary, so I put 52 questions (One for each week of marriage in it) We also gave them his and hers journals. Each week they pull out one question and both answer the question in their journal. Then they can share with each other and others as well.

I'm making MIL one with 365 questions in it for her birthday, and (while I am not supposed to know it's for me) I am helping my daughter make one for me. She told DH she wanted my help because I am very crafty, but she didn't want me to know it's mine. She's picking all the questions, but having me cut the strips once they are printed. She is also deciding how to decorate the jar, but I'm actually doing it because I don't want her burning herself on my hot glue gun. (I really need to get a low temp gun.)
