So I've been researching off and on today on $ store HPT. I've been examining BFP compared to BFN's and evaps. What I find interesting is that evaps and the considered "bfp"'s are virtually the same.
The reviews are good/neutral, but the BFP's appear to be extremely light. With my experience, my first BFP was via clearblue (or a test w/ blue dye) and then my second came via first response.
The $store brand didn't show until a few days later. My tests are negative. Unless you can glance and see it, its negative. Right? The test shouldn't need to be in certain light or two inches from your face to see. I am not sure if I am going to go buy a different test tonight, just to probably get another bfn. Seems like a waste at this point. So conclusion, I bought 5 tests and all have left me with uncertainty.
I think next time I need bulk, I'll do some research and buy online.

I am sorry for the nasty tests! I have NEVER used a doller tree test. I dont think they are avaliable near me.

I have had good experince with tests from either
www.earlypregancytests.com and saveontestscom.

Even what I thought was evaps aprarently prove to be bfp with them.

Aw, Melly...sorry about the stupid tests! I'm fortunate in that I HATE POAS. I really really want to until right about when AF is suppossed to show and then I panic. Therefore, I never have them around and have to wait until AF is at least 4 or 5 days late to go out to Target (first thing in the morning while trying not to pee my pants) and pay $10 for a 2 pack of tests and then race home to take them (still hoping I don't pee my pants)

i've always had clear bfp w/ my $ tree hpt. never any evaps. but i read that some batches were recalled or messed up a while back, giving false pos. and evaps. maybe you got some of those?
