I am getting a full blood work up to rule out any disorders that would cause the early miscarriages. He also wants to do an HSG, can anyone give me any feedback on this procedure?

I had a very traumatic delivery with Clark, including a manual extraction of the placenta and we want to make sure there isn't scarring that's causing the implantation problems.

I think the HSG is where they put dye into your uterus and tubes to make sure your lines arent blocked. it basically flushes you out and youre more fertile for the next 3 cycles. if thats what it is there are alot of girls who have had it here.

Glad that they are doing the work up for you, i hope you get some answers.

HSG is basically what Eleysia described! They use a saline solution and flush it through your tubes to check for blockages and other things.

I hope they don't find anything, Alicia. I know it's "better" if they do so they can give you the help you need, but I'm praying everything is fine and the HSG is what you need to get that sticky bean!

I'm having a lot of stuff done this pregnancy, but not the HSG procedure. My first appointment, the nurse ordered a TON of blood work and urine tests. They are looking for ANYTHING they can find that might have caused my other losses.

I wish you the best of luck and I hope our OB finds answers. It's always good to know what is going on with your body.
