So I am back on track for the big health challenge!

I can't wait to start seeing results. I am taking before and after photo's so I will be able to see my progress.. Otherwise I am afraid I wont give myself credit. So this week has been a great healthy week. I haven't worked out as much as I would of liked to, but I plan to do a power packed work out this afternoon.
I started my new regimen, and since Wednesday I've lost 6 pounds, leaving my total weight loss to 20 lbs. The quick drop wont last, but I love seeing the pounds melt away.
I think starting on Monday I need to start weighing myself weekly...
I should mention that this weight loss program I am on is short term and being managed by meds. I am not going to give anyone the illusion that I didn't have some sort of helper. The meds are Phentermine, Celexa, and Metoformin. All three are for hunger surpressant, and if you eat too much you puke. (lovely right?) which I learned yesterday after eating sushi. boo! and I love sushi!
So its VERY small meals, and low carb, cal and fat. It is a little bit of misery? Yes. For me it is worth it. I'm obese and 24, if its not now, then it will be much harder ten years from now.
And just a side note, I admire those who can lose weight on their own. I have issues that need to be resolved, and I am working on those while I am losing the weight. It would be ideal to work on those issues and lose weight as a result, however time is of the essence for me. Okay, lecture over.
