Maybe its because of my loss...and now my BFP...but...

I was being nosey...and I always request siggies from the same person (Steph does an AWESOME job btw)...and I noticed she had recently made a siggie for a girl and the baby's name was the EXACT name DH and I have picked out for a little girl...

So...nosie rosie me goes snooping...and the girl is from my old DDC

I mean...I know its a name...and it isn't mine...but ######...couldn't she have been a LITTLE original and at least changed the middle name or something?!

Wow...this is gonna be a long 9 months....

And we're still gonna use OUR name if its a girl!!!

My emotions are the first thing to go haywire when I get pregnant! Still, I would be sad, too, if I saw someone else take a name I had picked out and shared and still planned on using in the future. Especially after losing the baby, I feel like everything related becomes even more emotional. I guess just know that you are an amazing baby namer if someone liked your name so much she wanted to use it for her baby! And it is a very beautiful name for a little girl (don't worry, htough, I promise not to steal it!)

I would LOVE to use the name Cullen if we had a boy...but then DH went and saw the movie...so now he knows where it came from and he said there is NO WAY his little boy is gonna be named after a bunch of "vegetarian" vampires...

I told him that until he starts treating me like Edward he'll be lucky if he has a say-so in the name...

I love your response! I saw the movie Wednesday (after reading and loving all the books!) and now I'm making DF go see it with me next weekend. Wouldn't it be great if all of our SOs treated us like Edward? I'm actually thinking about using Bella for a girl, but making it short for Annabella (I'm just hoping I can be subtle enough about it that DF won't realize where I got the idea!)

i would be the same, infact i am the same! i posted the names I want for a girl now mark isnt involved (i did this last week before it was official) and my so called friend has found she is having a girl and she has stolen my name too she already had a name picked out so im even more peed off!
im still hoping to have girls so i can use my names but i wont be announcing the boys name there just incase!

These people are CRAZY! Freakin' name stealers. What wackos. Anyway, don't worry too much about it. Just know that the person who stole your name has no creativity of her own. In a way, I kinda feel bad for that person. Also, the cool think about JM is that you probably live really far away from the "other one".

When I get pregnant, I'm going to post a bunch of crazy "fake" names that are terrible and see if anyone steals those. That will be sooooooo funny. I will get revenge for both you and Sarah.

That's why I hate sharing the names I would like to name our future children. I feel like someone will not be original and just be like, "eh, I like that name...." and just use it. They are free to do so, but it is just annoying. The names we have picked out are not very common names, so I would be kind of upset if someone used the exact same first and middle names.
