This is my 5th cycle after my loss. Before my loss I was very regular, always O'd on cd14 and started on cd28. Since my loss I have had increasingly shorter cycles with my last 2 cycles being only 25 and 22 days long. My LP's have been 11 days with one cycle being only 10 days.

I have been on B6 for 2 full months now.

Has anyone else treated this and what did you do?

My LPs are also shorter now, since my losses. It was 14 but now its 11/12. I think that as long as it is 10 or above that is ok, anything less is an indication of a problem (i think) hope fully someone else has some more certain info for you x

It seems to vary. Some say under 10 but others say under 12 can cause problems, like implantation problems.

I'm having the same problem since my loss. My first cycle trying my lp was only 9 days, then the second cycle was 11 or 12 (much better but not great). This is my 3rd cycle ttc, I haven't o'd yet - so I have to wait and see if this lp is any better.

I took 100mg of b6 last month and this month I've upped it to 200mg - I'm hopping it makes a difference. I'm also using opks again, I did not use them the cycle before.

I think I'll up it to 200mg too, I hadn't thought about doing that. I also was reading about red raspberry for LP.

I've heard about red raspberry leaf too!

I hope upping the dosage is what you need, Alicia! Both of you!

I got red raspberry leaf tea at my health food store and think I'm going to drink a cup a day along with the B6.
