I started miscarrying on 11/15 (at 6 weeks). It was spotting that day and then went into dark blood and clots the next two. Everything happened naturally. But, I spotted for a long time... up until last Friday (11/28). I've been waiting for ovulation, taking temps and OPKs because I have no clue when it's going to come. My CM usually isn't very helpful.

Yesterday my temp was 97.29 and last night I had like a small gush of watery type CM. BUT, my OPKs have been negative all week. This morning my temp was 97.99

Could I have ovulated without a positive OPK?

It's possible to miss the LH surge, even when testing with OPK's every single day. If you have a few more days of higher temps I would say you O'd!
