What do you aviod if anything?

I limit my caffine intake to 1 per day.

I had wine a couple weeks ago, but until AF starts I will not have any wine. After AF I might have some wine occasionally until I ovulate. I usually only drink a small glass, if even that.

I drink, but usually only before I O and not a ton. I am stearing clear of the green tea because I hear it can screw with folic acid absorption, but other than that I'm not really avoiding anything. I don't really drink much caffiene as it is, so that's not really an issue for me.

I did avoid alcohol, I only had some when AF showed, also I made sure dh had no alcohol until after O (he was not too happy about it but he did it). I had decaff tea every weekday morning and regular coffee on the weekends. Other than that, I did not avoid anything.
Oh and I took prenatal vitamins
Sorry if I sound cluless, are you getting ready to TTC again?

Yes I am... currently just awaiting AF to show.. I am expecting her anytime over the next week or so.. I don't have many symptoms.. my bbs are a little sore, some cramping, but not really AF cramping... not sure whats going on.. if I don't get it by this weekend I am going to call my doctor to get it started so I can continue on my TTC journey...

I hated waiting for AF to come, it seemed like it took forever, I hope you get it very soon, and this will probably be the last time I say that.

I take prenatals and don't drink. I don't have caffeine anymore because of my heart condition so that was an easy one to drop for me.

To be honest, nothing. I barely drink coffee, and my pop is caffeine free.

I was avoiding caffeine and alcohol. However, cutting out caffeine completely was giving me horrible headaches. I slowly started adding caffeine back into my life and I got pregnant right away. I'm not saying that's what got me pregnant, but I thought it was odd that when I cut out something "bad"... it just made me super cranky and didn't help my cycles. Yet, adding caffeine back into my life, gave me a "normal" cycle where I O'd at CD15 instead of CD23-26.
